As a Helion Evaluator you will evaluate all sorts of services including, shops, restaurants, car showrooms, the list goes on. You will be set a scenario to follow for each evaluation and then you will be asked to fill out an online questionnaire.

You will only select the jobs you can complete in your area and that you have time to complete. 

You will be paid for each evaluation you complete at the fixed fee that you accept before you complete it. Each shop will pay anywhere between €10 to €40 per evaluation with each evaluation taking around 1 to 1 and half hours to complete. You will be paid monthly for the shops you complete by either bank transfer or Paypal. If you are asked to make a purchase by Helion, this will be reimbursed at the cost agreed before. 

The amount of evaluations you can complete each months depends on the following - 
-How often you apply for shops in your area. 
-How many projects and evaluations are open in your area.

Mystery Shopping is not a full time employment but a great way to earn some extra income. 

You do not need to have experience to become a Helion Evaluator. Helion provides full in depth trainings and provides detailed instructions with every evaluation.

Position Summary


To be responsible for the overall HSE matters of all the mills in Malaysia operations. Ensure appropriate HSE standards, systems and processes are developed and implemented within all mills and that these standards, systems and processes are in line with industry standards and government regulations. Develop the technical HSE competencies of Mill HSE Officer by imparting technical expertise and knowledge.

Summary:
The Quality Control Manager has a wide variety of responsibilities. He/She is responsible
for performing analysis on raw materials as well as finished product in order to ensure
that the company receives and releases only the highest quality of products. He/She is
responsible for analyzing all products and reporting all findings to the Quality Control
Director. He/She directly reports to the Quality Control Director and Plant
Manager. He/She is also responsible for immediately communicating with the Quality
Control Director and Plant Manager any issues that he/she sees in the plant. The
Quality Control Manger is required to perform his/her job functions in accordance with
all company policies, operating procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices and OSHA,
FDA, USDA Laws and Guidelines.
  
Essential Functions:

Drawing samples of and analyzing all incoming raw materials and finished products
Inputting all gathered data into the database & printing reports
Notifying a Company Officer that materials are ready for disposition
Having Director approve all records and materials for incoming materials
Filing supplier documentation including certificates of analysis, specifications, Kosher certificates, letters of guarantee, etc.
Immediately notifying Director of any missing paperwork or discrepancies
Regularly monitoring QC1 Hold in conjunction with Inventory Control to ensure timely removal of old product
Distributing paperwork for MDRs, Corrective Action Reports, rejection signs, etc.
Reprogramming and checking all metal detectors as necessary for various products
Entering, printing and filing Foreign Material data into database daily
Collecting and running microbiological and chemical tests on incoming and outgoing products, including sending to third party lab when necessary
Immediately notifying the QC Director of any problems/issues
Cleaning instruments, equipment and the lab when necessary
Conduct various physical, chemical and microbiological analyses on incoming raw materials as well as finished product
Monitor all finished materials including weight, nitrogen flushing, product labeling, allergen labeling, Kosher labeling, etc.
Filing of all customer requirement documents
Filing current Material Safety Data Sheets for chemicals used in plant as well as Pest Control Chemicals
Create MDR’s, CAR’s, Product Problem Notices, Product Incident Reports
Logging levels of foreign material in raw materials and finished products
Have knowledge of how to coordinate sterilization or fumigation of product
Have knowledge of Kosher Certification and company’s interaction with Chicago Rabbinical Council including monthly audits by cRc
Conduct allergen/sanitation swabbing to prevent cross contamination and verify satisfactory cleaning of equipment
Have basic knowledge of State and Local Health Department Laws, FDA and USDA Guidelines or willing to learn
Have knowledge of Recall System and understand how and when to use it
Have knowledge of in house and contracted pest control schedule
Have knowledge of in house sanitation and maintenance schedules
Have knowledge of SQF Standards and Code
Have knowledge of and comply will all HACCP Program requirements
Immediately alert QC Director of any deviation from HACCP Program
Investigating product related to returned product, customer complaints and inquiries
